Jonathan Maberry

"Maberry has outdone himself with a deliciously diabolical plot and bone-chilling scenarios that keep you riveted to every page. Brutal action, insanely intelligent, and so real that the hair on the back of your neck stands up!" L.A. Banks. Jonathan Maberry is a stunning dark thriller writer and a fabulous new talent.
Jennifer McMahon

Jennifer McMahon was born in 1968 and grew up in her grandmother's house in suburban Connecticut, where she was convinced a ghost named Virgil lived in the attic. She wrote her first short story in third grade. After graduating with a BA from Goddard College in 1991, she studied poetry for a year in the MFA in Writing Program at Vermont College. A poem turned into a story, which turned into a novel, and she decided to take some time to think about whether she wanted to write poetry or fiction. After bouncing around the country, she wound up back in Vermont, living in a cabin with no electricity, running water, or phone with her partner, while they built their own house. Over the years, Jennifer has been a house painter, farm worker, paste-up artist, Easter Bunny, pizza delivery person, homeless shelter staff member, and counselor for adults and kids with mental illness. She quit her last real job in 2000 to work on writing full time. She now lives with her partner and daughter in Barre, Vermont -- producer of one-third of all the granite gravestones and mausoleums in the US.Her website is http://www.jennifer-mcmahon.com/ and you can follow her on Twitter @jennifermcmahon

David Moody

David Moody was born in 1970 and grew up in Birmingham on a diet of trashy horror and pulp science fiction books and movies. He worked as a bank manager and as operations manager for a number of financial institutions before giving up the day job to write about the end of the world for a living. He has written a number of horror novels, including AUTUMN, which has been downloaded more than half a million times since publication in 2001 and has spawned a series of sequels and a movie starring Dexter Fletcher and David Carradine. Film rights to HATER have been bought by Guillermo del Toro (Hellboy, Pan's Labyrinth) and Mark Johnson (producer of the Chronicles of Narnia films). Moody lives in the Midlands with his wife and a houseful of daughters and stepdaughters, which may explain his pre-occupation with Armageddon.
