Graham Bull began carving for a hobby as a teenager 39 years ago, and now he teaches full-time at his Sydney, Australia studio. His Whistlewoodcraft School has trained some 1500 students, and offers one of the World¿s few government-accredited professional Woodcarving Certificate courses, which he designed five years ago. He has written many articles for related magazines.
Art has always been a passion for Rebecca Carter and after receiving a scholarship for Southern Utah University, she graduated with a degree in fine art and a three year degree in interior design. After leaving university, Rebecca taught calligraphy and watercolour classes, until the opportunity to work as a corporate designer came along. She now works from home as a free-lance artist for many companies.
Anastasia Catris graduated from Royal Holloway, University of London with a BA Hons in English Literature and then travelled to the United States to pursue her passion for illustration by studying at The Kubert School of Comic and Cartoon Art. She returned to the UK in 2009, and has since worked as a freelance illustrator for HarperCollins, Kerrang!, Fox, Marvel, DC and Cygnus Alpha: The Doctor Who Fanzine. Garnett Hall began making furniture and toys on his small farm in Canada during the winter off-season, but when he discovered intarsia in 1983, it became his main occupation. He has made and sold over 4,000 pieces.
