Love in a Transit

From The Hairy Bikers' 12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS Love in a Transit, or if you insist - coq au vin! Ask your butcher to joint your chicken if you don't want to do it yourself, or buy chicken thighs, legs or part-boned breasts. Coq au vin doesn't normally contain tomatoes, but we think our version is the better for them, as they simmer down to make a rich, tasty sauce. Serve with creamy mashed potatoes and green beans, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
